my friend is like indian and her hair is like down to her but. s he wants to get it cut so bad!

but her mom and dad will not let her cause its like a religion yet all her older sisters have shorts hair???

how can she convince her parents to let her get her hair cut?

It is not in the religion to keep hair growing out in India, unless she is Muslim or some other religion. I lived in India and all of my friends there had relatively short hair. Because the India society is so strict, unfortunately about the only thing she could do is listen to her parents... unless she wants to cut off her relationship with them. That's pretty much how it works. Ask her sisters how they convinced their parents to let them cut their hair. They probably have the best answers.
