Trim your hair and have it deep conditioned at a salon every 4 weeks. Also if you want shine try some vitamin supplements (Vitamin E).

Cut off the split ends part because there is no fixing that. Condition at least weekly. Use a really good conditioner that is meant to stay on a while. I highly recommend Pantene in a little jar. Put it on your hair and leave it on for about 30 minutes. If you have one, use a conditioning cap and a towel over that to retain the heat inside. Change shampoos to something more gentle than you are using. I use Citreshine on mine for shine.

cut the ends depending how far the split ends go.if there to high ask them to add layers to start getting rid of the split ends little by little so it wont be such a drastic change
