Long layers will help your hair get body and movement. Some bangs swept to one side will give it some interest.

i would go to a good stylist and get some layers cut in and consider going shorter to add volume. try a volumizing shapoo too. maybe even consider a body wave? but try a cut first, find a good one, ask around!
