How do i make a messy bun for thick, long, straight hair?!?

My hair is very long, but it has layers and angles... i cant figure out how to get it into a messy bun that looks cute, and unplanned. It is also VERY thick and VERY straight... so its heavy and unmanagable. Any ideas please?!?!

How do i make a messy bun for thick, long, straight hair?!?

Ok my hair was layered and long and thick *** hell, when i wanted the messy look I just wrapped the pony around my hair not waiting until the last wrap fora bun just let wahtever hairs get caught in the pony and try to think comfy and relaxed like you going to be around the house all day, then spray it so it stays.lol.

How do i make a messy bun for thick, long, straight hair?!?

hate to break it to you but i doubt you can ...by the way you have described your hair it sounds a lot like mine and ive tried everything!

How do i make a messy bun for thick, long, straight hair?!?

flip ur head upside down(when hair is still damp) then using your fingers as combs pull the hair back and put it into a bun, since u have thick hair u can create the large bun!(lucky u!) if needed use more than 1 elastic and or bobbypins!!

xoxoxo

How do i make a messy bun for thick, long, straight hair?!?

I have long straight thick hair up to my waste layered. Whenever I want to make a slick looking bun I just add a little bit of gel to it, so that all the hairs don't stick out, especially with layers. as you are twirling it, just apply the gel, lightly not heavily or anything, and tie your hair in and there you go. Good luck :)

Growing Long Hair...?

I am sure there have been similar posts, I don't feel like cross-referencing though, I would like to grow my hair shoulder length however when it is hot out my hair seems to absorb the heat and my scalp itches, I want to grow it but keep it from drying out, itching and I want to not look like a girl, products tips etc, lemme know (I am a male with light brown hair)

Growing Long Hair...?

I found a website about your question on the answer search engine.

The link is in my source.

Growing Long Hair...?

Dude I have long hair too, and sometimes it gets itchy. You might want to try dandruff shampoo. But dont use too much conditioner or else ur hair will get all poofy and thats never good. i usually dont brush mine but if u want it to be straighter it helps to brush it

Growing Long Hair...?

Dont go out and buy anything expensive.

First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)

Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)

Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)

Use a teaspoon of every oil and honey,.... a little more if ur hair is long or a little less if ur hair is short

Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed, fortify, reconstruct, moisturize, soften %26amp; remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!

The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower

You can also use a conditioner but get a light conditioner that wont wiegh ur hair down, becuz u can over condition, I use herbl essences "clean happy" conditioner.

When I do this at nite, I wake up, shampoo %26amp; condition, rinse and style as usual. Has worked for years

You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.

Long hair/short hair for a boy?

short- the brad pitt look

long- the jared padalecki look lol

Long hair/short hair for a boy?

Both might work. Do what would make him happy what does he want. When i was little i had a bowl cut and it worked for me. Do what works for him. If his hair gets to long he might get mistaken as a girl that has happened to me more than once.

Long hair/short hair for a boy?

short..

Long hair/short hair for a boy?

depends on what the person looks like. Both sounds good but I'd prob say short...maybe.

Long hair/short hair for a boy?

short cos some guys who wear long hair tend to look more feminine than their girlfriends

Long hair/short hair for a boy?

Depends on the guys looks and style, but I really like the jared Padelecki long look. But nothing longer than that.

Long hair/short hair for a boy?

Depends on the boy ^_^

I like long hair, but not unkempt/grunge/hippie long hair ... something more refined. If he's more of a rough boy, short-messy hair is the way to go (but that's only my opinion ^_^)

Long hair/short hair for a boy?

Flattop

Long hair/short hair for a boy?

i like both but if i picked i would make it look like owen wilson hair

Long hair/short hair for a boy?

Just depends on the person.

I have long hair, naturally brown, now with lots of gray, but dyed. I like my long hair, but sick of

Should I shave my head and go natural, keep dying, or is there a process to take color out of just gray hair? SAD

I have long hair, naturally brown, now with lots of gray, but dyed. I like my long hair, but sick of dying it

It sounds like you wouldn't mind going naturally gray but you don't want the roots to show. If you don't want to cut your long hair off, you can switch to temporary dyes until the permanently dyed part of you hair grows out. However depending how quickly your hair grows, this could take quite a long time. There is nothing that safely removes permanent dye and you can't dye over it in a lighter colour. If you don't want to shave your hair off, you could cut it shorter and the transition time won't take as long.

I have long hair, naturally brown, now with lots of gray, but dyed. I like my long hair, but sick of dying it

then do something...i dont know wut, do something!!

I have long hair, naturally brown, now with lots of gray, but dyed. I like my long hair, but sick of dying it

i would keep dying

I have long hair, naturally brown, now with lots of gray, but dyed. I like my long hair, but sick of dying it

You can take the color out. Robertcraig.com has some product that does it.

I have long hair, naturally brown, now with lots of gray, but dyed. I like my long hair, but sick of dying it

You've bought into the advertizing that insinuates something is wrong with gray hair.

There is nothing wrong with gray hair..

I have long hair, naturally brown, now with lots of gray, but dyed. I like my long hair, but sick of dying it

I am not sure there is a process- you should ask your hair dresser.

I am getting to that point too, where I need to decide to let it start to grey or dye it...

I have long hair, naturally brown, now with lots of gray, but dyed. I like my long hair, but sick of dying it

stop dying your hair. the more you dye it the more you are killing your hair and the more you kill your hair the faster its gonna turn grey

I have long hair, naturally brown, now with lots of gray, but dyed. I like my long hair, but sick of dying it

If you don't want to keep dying it, you will need to cut it short and start over. Frankly, I've never heard of a hair color that will put gray INTO your hair!

I have long hair, naturally brown, now with lots of gray, but dyed. I like my long hair, but sick of dying it

How Old Are You ??

Why Are You Ashamed Of Grey Hair ???

It's Part Of Nature !!

I have long hair, naturally brown, now with lots of gray, but dyed. I like my long hair, but sick of dying it

Don't shave your head, except natures process and enjoy your beautiful long hair. Stop dying it, I've watched my mom try to get back the natural red she once had and I vowed to never dye my hair. I know that brown is easier to achieve but if you have allot of thick hair I can under stand why you want to stop. Hey you may like the way it looks naturally. Good luck! (I don't know about the taking color out of grey).

I have long hair, naturally brown, now with lots of gray, but dyed. I like my long hair, but sick of dying it

Unfortunately there is no one-step solution for removing color from grey hair. I run into this a lot with my clients.

Grey hair is quite different from naturally pigmented hair in that it is less porous and takes color quite differently. Because there is no natural pigment in the hair the color literally "stains' the hair, making it nearly impossible to remove with a traditional color remover or "Un-Color", as the product is called.

Shaving might be a bit extreme but I've known people to, more or less, do that.

What I usually recommend is to highlight the hair and "weed out" the grey over a period of time. As the hair grows out the color will become less and less noticible. Trick is, you have to get to a platinum blond, so make sure the stylist is using an excellent lightner with buffers. Redken Shades EQ Lightening Crystals are a good example. After a few highlighting sessions you will be well on your way to all grey!

I have long hair, naturally brown, now with lots of gray, but dyed. I like my long hair, but sick of dying it

If you just dye the roots every 5-6 weeks, it's not nearly as big a hassle as when you dye all of your hair each time. I just dye my roots. It's better than going gray. I'm too young to look old.....)(

HAIR NORMALLY GROWS AT A RATE OF 5 INCHES/YEAR.

Biotin

TRADE NAMES

D-Biotin (Numerous manufacturers), Biotin Forte (Vitaline Corporation), Meribin (Mericon Industries).

DESCRIPTION

Biotin, a member of the B-vitamin family, is an essential nutrient in human nutrition. It is involved in the biosynthesis of fatty acids, gluconeogenesis, energy production, the metabolism of the branched-chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine) and the de novo synthesis of purine nucleotides. Recent research indicates that biotin plays a role in gene expression, both at the transcriptional and translational levels, and that it may also play a role in DNA replication.

Biotin is widely distributed in natural foodstuffs. However, the absolute amounts of biotin in foodstuffs is relatively low when compared with the other B vitamins. Some of the better food sources of biotin, are egg yolk, liver, kidney, pancreas, milk, soya and barley. Brewer's yeast or Saccharomyces cerevisiae (see Brewer's Yeast), which is used as a nutritional supplement, is one of the richest sources of biotin, as well as the other B vitamins. Royal jelly, also used as a nutritional supplement (see Royal Jelly), is another rich source of biotin. Mammals and many plant species are unable to synthesize biotin. Biotin is synthesized by bacteria, yeast and other fungi, algae and certain plant species. In fact, the microflora of the human large intestine appear to contribute to the biotin requirements of the body.

The first demonstration of biotin-deficiency in animals was observed in animals fed raw egg white. Rats fed egg white protein were found to develop dermatitis, hair loss and neuromuscular dysfunction. This syndrome was called egg white injury and was discovered to be caused by a glycoprotein found in egg white called avidin. It was subsequently found that egg white injury could be cured by a liver factor which was first called protective factor X and later determined to be biotin. Because biotin cured the skin disorder of egg white injury it was called vitamin H. H is for haut, the German word for skin. Avidin causes egg white injury because it binds very tightly to biotin, preventing its absorption. This is only true for native avidin, which is resistant to hydrolysis by proteolytic enzymes. When egg white is cooked, avidin is denatured and denatured avidin is digested by proteolytic enzymes.

Although clinical biotin deficiency in humans is rare, it does occur. Prolonged consumption of raw egg white, long-term total parenteral nutrition without biotin supplementation and malabsorption syndromes, such as short-gut syndrome, have resulted in biotin-deficiency states. The symptoms and signs of biotin-deficiency, include a generalized erythematous scaly skin eruption, alopecia, conjunctivitis and neurological abnormalities. The rash may be distributed around the eyes, nose, mouth, ears and perineal orifices. The facial appearance associated with the deficiency, with the rash around the eyes, nose and mouth along with an unusual distribution of facial fat, is called biotin deficiency facies. In biotin deficient infants, the neurological findings are hypotonia, lethargy and developmental delay. In adults, the neurological findings are lethargy, depression, hallucinations and paresthesias of the extremities. Marginal biotin status may occur under certain conditions, e.g., during the first trimester of pregnancy, and it is thought that this situation may be teratogenic. Functional biotin deficiency occurs in certain genetic disorders. These will be discussed below.

Biotin is the coenzyme for four carboxylases. Acetyl coenzyme A (CoA) carboxylase, found in both the mitochondria and cytosol, catalyzes the carboxylation of acetyl-CoA to malonyl-CoA. Malonyl-CoA is the immediate precursor of 14 of the 16 carbon atoms of the fatty acid palmitic acid. It is also the immediate precursor of all of the fatty acids up to palmitic acid. Further, the reaction catalyzed by acetyl-CoA carboxylase, a complex reaction, is the primary regulatory, or rate-limiting, step in the biosynthesis of fatty acids. Pyruvate carboxylase, which is located in the mitochondria, catalyzes the carboxylation of pyruvate to form oxaloacetate. Oxaloacetate can be metabolized in the tricarboxylic acid cycle or it can be converted to glucose in the liver and kidney and other tissues that are involved in gluconeogenesis. The formation of oxaloacetate from pyruvate is known as an anaplerotic reaction. Anaplerotic is from the Greek word anaplerosis, meaning filling up or restoration. The pyruvate carboxylate reaction is the principal reaction which replenishes tricarboxylic acid cycle intermediates. Methylcrotonyl-CoA carboxylase, also located in the mitochondria, is involved in the metabolism of L-leucine, while the mitochondrial enzyme propionyl-CoA carboxylase is involved in the metabolism of L-isoleucine and L-valine, as well as L-threonine and L-methionine.

All four of the carboxylase enzymes, which use bicarbonate as their one-carbon substrate, share a common biochemical mechanism. In all four carboxylases, biotin is covalently linked by an amide bond between the carboxyl group of the valeric side chain of biotin and an epsilon-amino group of a specific lysyl residue in the apocarboxylase. The enzyme that catalyzes the formation of the covalent bond is called holocarboxylase synthetase. Biotin is recycled by the enzyme biotinidase. Biotinidase, an hydrolase, functions to recycle biotin by cleaving biocytin (epsilon-N-biotinyl-L-lysine), or short-chain oligopeptides containing biotin-linked lysyl residues, products of the normal breakdown of the holocarboxylases, to free biotin. Biotinidase is also thought to play a critical role in the release of biotin from biotin-containing dietary proteins. Recently, biotinidase has been found to have biotinyl-transferase activity. All five classes of histones are selectively biotinylated via the biotinyl-transferase activity of biotinidase. It is thought that biotinylation of histones is involved in the regulation of gene transcription and may also play a role in the packaging of DNA. Interestingly, biotinylation is an important technique in molecular biology. Biotin can be covalently linked to both proteins and nucleic acids, and is used as a label in many molecular biology and biochemistry technologies.

Certain inborn errors of metabolism result in functional biotin deficiency. These disorders, include multiple carboxylase deficiency, holocarboxylase synthetase deficiency, biotinidase deficiency and propionic-CoA carboxylase deficiency. Those with these disorders require much greater cellular biotin levels than normal in order to activate these biotin-dependent enzymes. Biotinidase deficiency is the most common cause of late-onset multiple carboxylase deficiency. Features of late-onset multiple carboxylase deficiency, include skin rash, alopecia, seizures, hypotonia, ataxia, hearing loss, optic atrophy, developmental delay, immune deficiency and recurrent infections. Coma and death may occur if the disorder is not treated. The treatment is high-dose biotin, which results in pronounced, rapid clinical and biochemical improvement. Holocarboxylase deficiency is the most common form of multiple carboxylase deficiency in neonates. Features of neonatal multiple carboxylase deficiency, include lethargy, hypotonia, vomiting, alopecia, lactic acidosis, keratoconjunctivitis, perioral erosions and seizures. Again, the treatment is high-dose biotin, which may completely reverse the symptoms and signs of the disorder. There is a relatively high incidence or propionyl-CoA carboxylase deficiency among the Inuits of Greenland. Those with this deficiency may present early in life with a severe, often fatal metabolic acidosis, hyperglycinemia and hyperammonemia. The only known treatment for this disorder is high-dose biotin. All of the above inborn errors of metabolism are referred to as biotin-responsive disorders.

Biotin is a bicyclic compound. The tetrahydrothiophene ring contains sulfur and has a valeric acid side chain. The second ring contains a ureido group. Eight stereoisomers of biotin exist. However, only one is found naturally, and it is the only one that is enzymatically active. The natural stereoisomer of biotin is called d-(+)-biotin or just biotin. In addition to being known as vitamin H, biotin is also known as hexahydro-2-oxo-1H-thieno[3,4-d]imidazol... acid; cis-5-(hexahydro-2-oxo-1H-thieno[3,4-d]i... acid; cis -tetrahydro-2-oxothieno[3,4-d]imidazolin... acid; cis-hexahydro-2-oxo-1H-thieno[3,4]imidaz... acid; coenzyme R and bios IIb. Its molecular formula is C10H16N2O3S and its molecular weight is 244.31 daltons. Biocytin or epsilon-N-biotinyl-L-lysine is a naturally occurring complex of biotin which has approximately the same biochemical activity as biotin.

Long hair Chihuahua or Short hair?

I'm thinking of getting a chihuahua. My cousin has a short hair so I have some experience with them, but I don't want to get the same dog.

What do you prefer and what are the pros and cons?

Long hair Chihuahua or Short hair?

long haired

Long hair Chihuahua or Short hair?

Long haired chihuahuas tend to have more care because their fur needs to be brushed. And they tend to shed more. Short haired chihuahuas don't need much care for their fur.

But i luv both types!!

Ans p.s= Long haired chihuahuas also get lots of things in their fur when outside.

Long hair Chihuahua or Short hair?

Check out what's available in your area: www.petfinder.com

You may just fall in love without needing to decide what type of fur your dog should have =]

Long hair Chihuahua or Short hair?

short haired because they are easier to groom and smaller

Long hair Chihuahua or Short hair?

I have a long haired my self. To me he is just a goofy clumsy dog. I guess it doesn't matter what you get just as long as it clicks with you.

Long hair Chihuahua or Short hair?

the long haired and the short haired chihuahua are THE SAME DOG...

the ONLY difference is the lenght of the hair.

short hiareds are NOT smaller...

longhiareds dont have any difference in personality or size they are the same breed, the same dog...

and grooming is EASY...i run a comb through each of mine once a week their coats are gorgeous.

and which you choose shoudl be based on personal desicion.

Personally i have and prefer the look of longhaired chihuahuas, they tend to look "softer" a little "sweeter"

Coat upkeep is very simple and essentially the same as short haired, the only difference being the hair around the anus feet and in the ears tends to need clipping.

Bathe once a month and comb through the "feathers" once or twice a week depending on your dog.

Long hiareds tend to shed LESS than short haired.

Long haireds tend to be more expensive than short haired (long is resessive)

personality wise its the same breed...

pros of long:

i prefer the look of longhaireds

shed less

cons:

its a little more grooming

people dont think there chihuahuas cause there not used to seeing chis with long hair around here.

the coat takes 3 years to grow in completly.

pros of short:

VERY easy grooming

everyone knows its a chihuahua

cons:

shed a little more

BOTH long and short haired need a sweater in the winter!remember chihuahuas come in soooo many different colours (every colour is acepted by the AKC) that no 2 chis are the same.

and please, be VERY carefull choosing your breeder, remember some key points

theres no such thing as "teacups"

theres no "rare" colours.

and familiarize yourself with how to figure out if your breeder is a good one and familiarize yourself with what a show quality chihuahua should look like...there are lots of bybs out there in this breed...

especially "deer head" chihuahuas these are badly bred none standard chis, the taco bell dog NOT standard...the hiltons tinkerbell and bambi, NOT standard...

good luck!

Long hair Chihuahua or Short hair?

I'd prefer short hair because their low maintenance, compared to short hair chis.

Long hair Chihuahua or Short hair?

I love both breeds, the long haired, and short. But, the one I rescued was a long haired. She had a very good temperament, good with kids, didn't bark, and was just beautiful. I am sure the same can be said for the short haired. I am just talking from my own experience. When I was in an accident, and stayed with my daughter, she was the only one my daughter would let come to her house. She stayed right by my side. I vote for the long haired. But like others have said, you will know what dog to get when you see them. They will pick you, as much as you pick them. I wish you the best.

Long hair Chihuahua or Short hair?

I have long and short haired chis and they are all wonderful. I do find that most of the long haireds I have had are a little shyer, a little quieter. The long haireds do require more brushing but they shed less so there is less mess from that. They are all smart, cute, loving, loveable, wonderful, wonderful little dogs. I prefer them to any other breed. Having owned them over 30 yr I have lots of experience with them. They cheer me up when I am feeling down. They wash away my tears when I am sad. They are always there for me no matter what. I will always have chihuahuas as long as I can care for them. Just love them and they will love you back tenfold.

Long hair Chihuahua or Short hair?

It's a trade off. You can't win. If you get a short haired chihuahua they'll always be cold and their skin will get really dry so your stuck buying clothes and special shampoos. If you get a long haired Chihuahua you have to groom them often. I have a short haired. I'm happy with her for the most part.

Short hair or long hair!?

should i cut my hair or keep letting it grow, i have curly hair and have no idea how to make it straight, girls say they like my curly hair but they also said that when it was short, its inbetween right now so what should i do?

Short hair or long hair!?

According to Ferdinando -- a professional hairstylist from Le Pascha men's grooming center -- the best way to flatten your curly hair is to cut it regularly, every four to six weeks. Good hairstylists will cut your hair in different angles, which will make it "leaner" and remove the excess volume.

He also advises against blow-drying your hair because this tends to inflate volume rather than reduce it. If you do blow-dry it, then do so on a low setting while continually brushing your hair, for a straighter and less voluminous look.

Another way to cut down some of the volume is to reduce the overall amount of curls in your hair, which is essentially a quick-fix technique, instead of fully straightening your hair. Simply brush your hair and apply a bit of hairspray while your hair is still wet. This will help you straighten portions of your hair where you have a bit too much curl, which in turn will help reduce your hair's overall volume.

Short hair or long hair!?

long

Short hair or long hair!?

Me myself like men with short hair and I think most girls do too.

Short hair or long hair!?

short

Short hair or long hair!?

if you want ur hair long keep it that way

Short hair or long hair!?

for male it should be short.

Short hair or long hair!?

Ouhh straitener!

But if you have curly thick hair dont* get it cut short.

That will cause it to be really poofy.

Ive been through that, trust me.

But i love my hair long its femanine and pretty.

But be yourself.

Goodluck.

Short hair or long hair!?

Long curly hair i think would look disgusting on a guy unless it was in an afro form keep it like a surfer dudes keep it inbetween for now because if its short it might look a little preppy and long would be ugh! So what you have now is good!

Short hair or long hair!?

For males, I just can't take long hair. It gives me the impression of unkempt and...it just sorta repels me. But you do what you want.

Short hair or long hair!?

let your hair grow and get a nice hair from any good saloon.or can get permanent hair straigtening done.

Short hair or long hair!?

Forget about the girls and wear your hair at whatever style and length that YOU like it at!

Short hair or long hair!?

i say in between. like to your ears then be sure to use good product to tame curl and frizz.

Short hair or long hair!?

Short hair. Its better for guys to have short hair and girls to have long hair in my opinion.

Short hair or long hair!?

long hair

Short hair or long hair!?

you can use straighteners sold in drug stores that go on like conditioner then use a blow dryer with a comb or round brush and straighten it yourself at home. If the curls are kinda tight then keep it short its much neater that way.

Short hair or long hair!?

OK, if you are a guy (you said you were) then you should cut it short. Being a girl, my opinion on guy's hair is that the longest that they should ever let it grow is about 2 inches above the shoulders.

Short hair or long hair!?

I love long hair on a guy if it looks good. For ideas on style for long curly hair, check out these pics:

http://imdb.com/gallery/granitz/2296/Nav...

http://imdb.com/gallery/granitz/4036/Dav...

P.S. I used to have a boyfriend who had curly hair and after he washed it and put conditioner on it, he would towel it dry and then "scrunch" it up with his fingers into natural-looking curls and let it dry naturally. That helped cut down on the frizz you get from blow-drying. His hair always looked great!

Short hair or long hair!?

Whether you cut your hair short or keep it long, its totally up to you. If you decide to keep it long, and want your curly hair straight, john frieda has a straightening serum called frizz ease. In fact, there's a whole hair care line for straight and curly hair by john frieda. The key is to tame frizzy hair, whether its curly or straight.

Shampoo and condition your hair with these products. Then when you want to style your hair, put the frizz ease straightening serum in your hair. For straight hair, blow dry it using a diffuser (comb attachment). For curly hair, let it air dry. I hope this helps!

Short hair or long hair!?

short and curly ~HOTT~

Short hair or long hair!?

definitely short!

Short hair or long hair!?

if you like mahendhra singh dhoni dont cut your hair if you dont like him please cut off your longggggg hair

Short hair or long hair!?

If it's curly, let it grow long.... like Rock Star hair, girls will swoon over it..: )

Short hair or long hair!?

Long don't cut it let it keep growing

Short hair or long hair!?

I think you should cut it

Boys with long hair, at the salon?

Last weekend, my mom talked me into visiting a salon. She scheduled me an appointment for Tuesday. I was nervous at first, but I had a good time.

I've been growing my hair out for over a year. It currently reaches the top of my shoulders. I don't mind expressing my feminine side - infact, sometimes I enjoy to do so. :) Before visiting the salon, my hair was all one length and dark blonde in color. After talking with the stylist, I agreed to have blonde highlights, two or three shades lighter than my natural color. She gave me layers to give my hair more movement. I also had a facial, which I found very relaxing.

Anyway, I can't wait to go back. But I'm just wondering, how common is it for boys to visit the salon? I've always wondered this. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff was - and they didn't seem concerned at all about my gender, as if they work with guys daily. Also - I forgot to ask my stylist this - when should I have my highlights retouched?

Boys with long hair, at the salon?

its very common for guys to go to the salon.. all guys should!!

and retouches for highlights need to be done like evry 4/5 weeks.. unless your hair grows really fast then id say 34 weeks.

Good luck with your hair.. and its good to hear you enjoy going to the salon!

Boys with long hair, at the salon?

no worries.

guys actually go to the salon, they just dont like to admit it!

and when retouching ur highlights, just chck the roots of ur hair, or even if u feel like they are becoming a little 'dull'.

Boys with long hair, at the salon?

Hello! I'm a hairstylist at a huge salon %26amp; spa, and I have many regular male clients. 90% of my male clients get color and highlights too, so youre not alone! I tell my clients to retouch their color every 6-8 weeks, as your hair grows about 1/2 an inch a month. Hope that helped!

Boys with long hair, at the salon?

hey, good for you. my son is growing his hair also,,,every time i take him to salon, they cut it to short or do something wrong.....Great for u,,,,,,!!!!

Get long hair fast!?

Get long hair fast!?

wear a wig till it grows!!!!

Get long hair fast!?

ugh i know how you feel

i just got mine cut

and i miss my hair =[

I guess we'll just have to wait.

Get long hair fast!?

Hair Extensions are the only solution. Otherwise time is the only thing that works.

Get long hair fast!?

try extensions for a while until it grows back the anti-fungis thing is kind of freeky i would never do that

Get long hair fast!?

Use Main and Tail. Its a shampoo that helps you grow hair.

Get long hair fast!?

You could get an extension or you can get a creme that helps your hair grow.

Get long hair fast!?

Splurge for some hair extensions or a wig!

Get long hair fast!?

keeping it healthy helps and also you can try length shampoos, but don't get it wrong, they don't make your hair grow faster, it just keeps it strong and healthy so that it can grow

Get long hair fast!?

try using some of the tips on www.longhairclub.com there is alot of cool info on that site, good luck!

Get long hair fast!?

A vitamin for hair and nails. Take it however it says on the label though, it's not worth making yourself sick with.

Get long hair fast!?

my hair is to the middle of my butt but i havent cut it in 8 years

Get long hair fast!?

There is this product called wild growth oil. It is really hard to find and kind of expensive but it really works. It is in a white bottle with gold and green writing. You will see a huge difference in your length within two weeks.

Get long hair fast!?

well wash ur hair once a day and dont re-peat and eat alot of green things its helpss alott

Get long hair fast!?

Start taking prenatal vitamins for vitamin D.

Get long hair fast!?

on average it takes one year to grow about six inches...so, sorry, that's about how long you'll have to wait. i cut off a lot of my hair (about 8 inches to the jawline) last june so i'm pretty much in the same pickle as you right now, haha. all you can really do is take your vitamins so your hair grows normally and healthy, and don't cut your hair! one thing i heard works is doing a headstand for about 5 minutes each day...but i somehow doubt that works.

Get long hair fast!?

I know this will sound funny but go to the vitamin section and buy pre-natal vitamins yes they are for pregnant women but you don't have to be to use it my hair dresser recommended it to me when I did the same thing it will grow a heck of a lot faster and the vitamins are good for you. Oh and a plus they make your nails grow faster too.

Get long hair fast!?

massage your head for 5mins a day, helps keep good scalp circulation and a healthy scalp has hair growing at top speed.

keep you hair strong with a good conditioner, no tight styles, and weekly treatments like olive oil treatments work can keep hair breakage to a minimum.

use a cleansing shampoo once a week to remove excess build up which can slow hair growth.

Get long hair fast!?

TRIM AND KEEP IT NICE AND HEALTY. AND MAYBE SOME EXTENSIONS TO STIMULATE THE SCALP! UNTIL THEN IF U DONT THINK ABOUT IT, U WONT NOTICE HOW FAST IT GROWS

Get long hair fast!?

dont think about it.. thats working for me!!

Get long hair fast!?

use the medicin to get long hair fast

http://www.google.com/custom?q=medicin+g...

Get long hair fast!?

u're out of luck Brie! it's either u r born with hair that grows back "fast" or u aren't. i cut off about 11" 2 years ago and now, only half of it grew back! it took me about 2 years or so to have long (down to my coccyx from a super short colored hair from black), thick hair...I was in the hospital.

Get long hair fast!?

Yes, I have a suggestion. I have REALLY SLOW growing hair, since I had a gastric bypass in 2005. My hair grows SUPER slow on it's own, and grows in really dry, as well (all as a result of the surgery). I started using Avon's "Hair Care from within" vitamin, and it's really shown an improvement. If you want to try it, it's very reasonable, $9.95 for a 30 day supply. The item # is 185-582 and you can order off my website at www.avonbymarcie.com. No worries, everything is 100% money back guaranteed through Avon, so if it doesn't work for you, you're not stuck with the product. I'm not trying to convert you to a customer, I don't get much commission off website sales, just trying to turn you on to the product. If you have a local Avon rep, ask him/her about it!

Also, my mom used to swear by just barely trimming your hair on the full moon, that it would grow that way.......... I've never really tried that, but it can't hurt, I guess!!

Good luck!

Next time you want to "chop" your hair wait till you have 11 inches, and you can donate to "Locks of Love" for children who have lost their hair to chemotherapy.

Get long hair fast!?

Try taking vitamin E every day:) it's good for hair and nails.

Get long hair fast!?

You can't make hair grow faster.

If it makes you feel any better a few months ago I cut off about 12 inches of my hair and I would bet I miss it so much more than you do.

What color looks best on a black girl? Do white guys like long black hair on black girls/ Would that

Especially if it's her own hair? And how long would it take my hair to grow (Medium length, little passed my shoulders) to grow about six inches? Is it about a year or so...Thanks for your answers..I really appreciate it..;-)

What color looks best on a black girl? Do white guys like long black hair on black girls/ Would that turn head

Well personally I like long hair. And I think it looks best on every girl but short hairstyles are cute and trendy also.

"Do white guys like long black hair on black girls/ Would that turn heads" ???

Hmmm. I'd say yes. Long hair always turns heads and grabs any guys attention. (black, white, hispanic, etc) But my boyfriend likes my hair no matter how long it is, what color i dye it, how short i cut it, etc. Most guys aren't big on the hair. Thats a girl thing. And white guys dont know anything about black people's hair anyway. So trust me it's NOT important to them. As long as it's healthy and you keep it looking nice!

"what color looks best on a black girl?"

Well first off we all are different colors. Some of us are darker and some are lighter. Me personally, I am brown skinned. Not dark brown just a shade under caramel. And in the summertime, when the sun is shinning on me. My skin glows into a pretty golden tan color. I've been told that my best colors to wear are pink and red. I think dark colors look best on me. Like burgundy, wine, olive green, brown, tan, etc.

My best advice is to find a color(s) that really compliments your complextion type.

Also It is important that you are taking care of your skin. Any lotions that have ingredients like cocoa butter, shea butter, and olive oil is always good. Palmer's brand makes good lotions that you can buy in Walmart or Target. Also if you go to an african american beauty store. You'll find plenty of products for our skin at a cheaper price. And it's important to drink lots of water, get lots a sleep, and eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. More information can be found on http://www.brownskin.net/

"And how long would it take my hair to grow (Medium length, little passed my shoulders) to grow about six inches?"

My best advice to you is too see a professional. I go to hair stylist that's been working in a professional salon for many years. And she specializes in hair treatment and putting severly damage hair back in a healthy state. I had very long hair as a child. But when i got in my teens i starting combing and playing with my own hair. So it begin to fall out. So I started going to my stylist and letting her give me hair treatments. And my hair grew back faster. And i still go to the same stylist and let her treat it so it can stay healthy and continue to grow long.

So my best advice is too find a real good salon in your area. The only thing is this can be expensive. But hopefully you might can find someone who's reasonable with prices. It never hurts too try. Hope that helps!! =]]

What color looks best on a black girl? Do white guys like long black hair on black girls/ Would that turn head

Long hair looks best on every girl.

What color looks best on a black girl? Do white guys like long black hair on black girls/ Would that turn head

i think long hair or short hair shouldn't matter to a guy.my boyfriend is white and I'm brown skin and i got long hair and he doesn't care.he still loves me for who i am.not because of my hair

I want to have long hair, BUT...?

I have really, really "fluffy- wavy/placid" hair. At least thats the best way I can describe it.

I have a lot of hair and its all wavy. When the wind blows my hair up...it stays up, or if my hair gets messed up in any way, its stays that way until I can get a comb into it.

The front of my hair is the WORST cause instead of all my hair hanging in one direction, it curls in different directions and looks like mess.

The best example of what I want my hair to look like is in my avatar. lol. I like my avatars hair ALOT.

I want my hair to be straight and I want it to MOVE instead of being stuck to my head like it is now.

I swim competitivly everyday, and I wonder if the chlorine in the water might have something to do with my problem.

Can anyone help me???

I want to have long hair, BUT...?

Goodness. I know about your problem all too well. I swim too, and suffer from the same exact thing. I tried straightening my hair, but it only made it worse since the heat damaged it. I recommend that you always wear a cap to practice. Also, a silicone cap tends to keep your hair much more dry than a latex one.

Also, get some vegetable cholesterol. You can get it at beauty supply shops. Put it on your hair before getting in the water and putting your cap on. The stuff is pretty thick and feels gross but it'll protect your hair from the chlorine and other harmful pool chemicals. Just make sure to wash it all out afterwards. And don't forget the special swimmer's shampoo and to deep condition once a week.

I want to have long hair, BUT...?

I bet it will look so beautiful with your long hair better than straight

I want to have long hair, BUT...?

The chlorine might have an effect..but you should try using a straightener, or some of those hair products like "straight out" to make your hair straight..or you could get it chemically straightened

But if you can't do any of those things or they don't work..don't worry.Just keep one of those smaller combs in your pocket. And besides wavy/curly hair is nice on a guy.

I want to have long hair, BUT...?

All you have to do is go to a hair shop and let them work their magic, and i think guys with curly or wavy hair is cute

I want to have long hair, BUT...?

chlorine might have something to do with it-- but it wouldn't change the curl/waviness- that is natural. would you want to cut it shorter? what about gel, does that work for your hair after swimming? to condition it, make sure you wash well after swimming every time, use a deep conditioning treatment every week, and maybe experiment with the way you style your hair.

I want to have long hair, BUT...?

ofcourse chlorine is the problem! jeez cholrine turned my hair freaking brown when i swam for high school. i was the captian of my team, so i would know how bad cholrine is. its also really bad for ur lungs too. atleast, at my pool, cuz the ventilation was very bad and i'd be coughing really hard after about 1 hour of siwmming.

anyways get a special swimming shampoo, those specifically get rid of chlorine in ur hair. hopeuflly that will work.

im a guy so i dont know specifics about girly hair, sorry.

I want to have long hair, BUT...?

dude i wish i had wavy hair condsider yourself lucky but if you really want to straighten it get a straightner

I want to have long hair, BUT...?

It's probably is because of the chlorine...I know it does weird stuff to my hair. Get some of that shampoo made for getting chlorine out. It always works for me after I've been swimming.

I want to have long hair, BUT...?

ok i know how u feel i had short wave hair before, i got this treatment called dove anti freez and worked and theres a shampoo called herbal esentes because these types of shapoos have vitamins in them try them if they work e-mail and i;llgive u more recepies tryy not use a blowdryer it makse it worser

My long hair has been cut short, I normally have punk/emo hair with lots of color what do i do with

So I had 5.5-6 inch hair prior too getting it cut for wrestling, I liked too put all kinds of temp hair colors in it and play with it etc. but now that my coach made me cut it Im down too about 2.5 inches all around, its not coarse at all and its dirty blonde/light brown in color, Id gladly put any color in it. I have plenty of time in the morning too work with it, but Im a punk rocker and I dress it, skinny jeans, band shirts etc. so I need a style too match it until I grow it out too wear i like it again, any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks in advance

My long hair has been cut short, I normally have punk/emo hair with lots of color what do i do with short hair

Wear an awesome Hot Topic or Spencer's Hat. If you can't prior to dress code then put more color or spike it up using L.A Looks Gel and Hairspray to give it an appelaing punk/emo look. Give me your results. Look at Chris Angel's hair for an example his show is on A%26amp;E.

Grow long hair.....?

are there any home remidies or grocery store things to make hair grow faster i wash my hair every day(i have really oily hair) is this good or bad for hair growth? also i herd biotin supplements works, does it?

Grow long hair.....?

I dont knwo but I heared that eating foods rich in protien will help it grow faster. and if u want u can smoosh up a clove of garlic and massage ur hair with it 4 times a week. You will notice ur hair longer in a month! good luck!

Grow long hair.....?

hair grows up to about half an inch a month. for your hair to grow faster you have to prevent it from breaking/split ends. i dont know about biotin supplements. probably a waste of money. be gentle with your hair, detangle with a pic/wide tooth comb, and use a good shampoo/conditioner and deep condition weekly, get something with some sort of "protein" in ingredients. and trim off dead ends regularly! even if you are growing it out, if they dont get trimmed they will split and be nasty. getting a trim makes your hair look better and keeps it overall in better condition.

Grow long hair.....?

try egg. it helps.

beat 1egg. apply on scalp. wash after 1hr with shampoo.

in the saloon he told the same thing. becz egg has protein,

%26amp; our hair is made of keratin...so protein is neccessary for growth of hair. i think it will boost the speed a lil bit.

yeah i heard biotin does work. or you could try taking vitamins/pills. heard that it makes hair grow faster %26amp; healthier.

i also wash my hair every day, most people here say that its not good for hair.......i dont know.......

also take a balanced diet, without junk food. drink plenny of water n milk too.

Grow long hair.....?

The secret formula for hair growth is to see that hair remains healthy. And these simple home remedies which will help your hair to grow can be made at home and work out less expensive than other alternative forms of medicines. Try http://solutionsforhairgrowth.blogspot.c... for more details.

Grow long hair.....?

Good healthy hair starts with good internal health. Have you ever noticed people that look really healthy have nice shiny full heads of hair? If I were you I would go into your local guru in wholistic medicine and see what natural supplement the can offer for robust hair growth. I閳ユ獫e had success with a product called Provillus also.

Are there any men out there that like long black hair?

Someone told me that i will remain single forever because men dont like hispanic girls who have tan skin and long dark hair.

Are there any men out there that like long black hair?

They're wrong, I'd sweep you off your feet, but my wife would kill me.

There are a lot of guys that like long black hair and that think Hispanic girls are sexy!

Are there any men out there that like long black hair?

lies. hot.

Are there any men out there that like long black hair?

hell yeh right here....send me an e-mail will get talking.

Are there any men out there that like long black hair?

i REALLY like long blaCK HAIR

Are there any men out there that like long black hair?

all guys like different kinds of ppl

whoever said that is just plain retarded

Are there any men out there that like long black hair?

Its not true, I like women with black hair. You might check out the goth scene if you there is one in your town. They like the black haired girls.

Are there any men out there that like long black hair?

i dont care...hair is hair...unless it looks like a hot mess...

Are there any men out there that like long black hair?

That's not true. I love long black hair.

Are there any men out there that like long black hair?

Who the hell said that? That is about the hottest thing I can think of. Unfortunately I am already married though. To a Hispanic woman with two feet of black hair.

Are there any men out there that like long black hair?

yea me i married one i think its beautiful

Are there any men out there that like long black hair?

WOW.. uhm i'm not sure, but he may be semi-retarded. lol

I think it is totally hot!

Are there any men out there that like long black hair?

Is your avatar lying? JK, everyone has a different preference. All men aren't the same, and all men don't like blond chicks, which is contrary to popular belief. You'll find someone.

Are there any men out there that like long black hair?

Well I have long black hair, I believe MOST men like women with long hair period(no matter what color). MEN DO LIKE HISPANIC GIRLS, who told you they didn't?

Who ever told you that is probably jealous of you :)

Are there any men out there that like long black hair?

I sure hope so.....I have long black hair!

Are there any men out there that like long black hair?

Don't believe them! I do like hispanic features on a girl! I love girls w/ long black hair and tanned skin.

Beauty comes from within. Depending on your package, im sure theres still a lot of guys there who will love you the way you are now.

Are there any men out there that like long black hair?

Whoever told you that is a pendejo. Long black hair is gorgeous.

Are there any men out there that like long black hair?

Wrong -- that's a beautiful combination.

Are there any men out there that like long black hair?

Whoever told you that must have had some bad experiences, because that is not the case at all. From all I've learned through life in this regard, beauty has and always will be in the eye of the beholder. A "beautiful" person to someone could look ugly to another.

Personality goes a looong way, but looks do help in attracting someone's attention. Keep a well groomed appearance, stay positive and just be yourself, and I know you'll meet that special someone who will love and adore you, and not just for the way you look.

It's always better to be loved for who you are than the person you're pretending to be. :)

Are there any men out there that like long black hair?

There are men out there that like any possible variant of the female form.

The reality is that your hair, your skin tone and your national origin are not you. You = the essence, the spirit and the mind that drives that body through life. Find the man that likes you, not your hair, and you'll be fine.

Here's the trick to finding such a person -- don't look. Pursue your dreams, do what is important to you... the person you need is heading to the same places.

Are there any men out there that like long black hair?

if you believe this you must be very young. it's rubbish.

Are there any men out there that like long black hair?

That's not true at all.

Long black hair is very sexy.

Hispanic girls are okay in my book.

Are there any men out there that like long black hair?

Then someone told you a lie. Lots of men like long dark hair and dark skin. Whoever told you that may have been jealous of your looks.

Are there any men out there that like long black hair?

i like girls with straight short or medium length dark hair

Long hair.. short layers!???

i really want short layers in my hair.. but i want the layers to be at my chin.. and then every thing else one length? .. sort of like a 'scene' hair cut.. but not as severe.. and my hair is a bit on the think side.. so i should probably get it thinned at the end? right? is that called feathering? can ppl please send some pictures for me to take to the hairdresser? it would really help alot! cause i have been looking all ove the interent and can't find any!

Long hair.. short layers!???

well you should have 4-5 dif layers and yes, def feathered!

i couldnt find pictures. good pictures =/ sorry.

But i know exactly what you are talking about. Be detailed as possible and watch what they are doing to prevent them from making a mistake. Like my hairdresser cut my hair near my face too much and i couldn't put it behind my ear. oh and what would make yer hair look shiny is Pantene Pro-V!!! oh and learn how to style that kind of hair, when it is styled it'll look even more fantastic! see if any of their magazines have pictures. Also, tell them how short the shortest layer should be and tell them whether or whether not you want the longest layer to be trimmed or not.

lmao sorry i wrote a lot :]]

Long hair.. short layers!???

Enjoy your long beautiful hair. Worry about short layering your hair next year and new looks and new chapter and new life and everything will be different. You control your hair. Not your hair control you !

Long hair care?

My hair is dark brown, naturally curly and down to my lower back. What is some good deep conditioners I can use to help moisturize my hair?? And any other hair care tips would be appreciated too! Thank - you!

Long hair care?

I would recommend that you use the John Frieda Frizz Ease shampoo and conditioner. It is a bit expensive and you get it from Coles or Priceline, but it's totally worth it. Otherwise you can use the Pantene Pro-V curly hair range. It's not as expensive but still great. After you've washed your hair (and while it's still wet) use some de-frizz serum, I like John Frieda Frizz Ease hair serum - Step 3. Its about $20- and you can find it next to the shampoo. Blow dry your hair with a diffuser on a low heat, but while it's still damp use some Pantene Pro-V curl defining mousse on the ends of your hair to, as it says, define. Keep drying on low heat with the diffuser and twirl your curls around your fingers if you want to accentuate them. When dry, finish blowdrying by flicking the switch for a blast of cool air. Spray your locks with a little hairspray. I like John Frieda Frizz Ease Glossing Mist or Tresemme. Try not to brush your hair, as it's curly it will soon be looking like an out of control afro.

Because your hair is dark brown, hair clips with a little bling on will look great. Just slide one on your favourite side of your hair. You can just use a little wax on the end of your hair if your in a hurry or don't feel like doing much. Just rub some between your fingers and run through to define. A funky scarf tied around like a headband with the ends hanging fown would be nice and casual for a weekend. Or if you like it up, dont do tight styles. Just gather up and tie with a snagless elastic. Define the ends, and pin up enough to still let some curls hang down. Curly hair is all about trial and error and all over again till you get it right. Just practice, start with a little product and build up till you feel you've got enough. Good luck :)

Long hair care?

use a nourishing shampoo and conditioner so it doesnt dry out and get daily trims to prevent spilt ends

Long hair care?

herbal essence! love that stuff!

Long hair care?

have you considered a hot oil treatment for your hair? it's strictly for your hair not scalp. you can find good recipes on the net or if that doesn't sit to well with you put some coconut oil on the ends

Long hair care?

henna is the best,trust me

i gave up being blonde because i missed the glow from henna

Long hair care?

You should also periodically get the ends trimmed so that your hair continues to look healthy. There is no way to avoid split ends entirely, and they make your hair look dull and unhealthy, so getting the ends trimmed will give your hair a boost.

Long hair care?

i have really long hair too, down to my knees, and ive seen that it depends on ur kind of hair, for instance rough/silky, thin/thick

some really good conditioners ive found r garnier fructis 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner, herbal esscenses hello hydration, and neutrogena 60-second hair repair

ive also seen that u should change shampoos/conditioners once in a while, i do every 2-4 months, depending on the season

another option that really seems to make my hair healthier is pure coconut oil. i think it smells really bad, but even if u leave it on your hair for a couple hours, it helps. the best is a day or two, but who really wants that greasy stuff in your hair to show in public?

of course, i have split ends, but i get a trim occasionally (once every 3 months if im lucky and find time =D). even trimming a couple times a year makes a huge difference, my friends can tell right away.

Long hair care?

Here are some reviews on deep hair conditioners: http://beauty-tricks.com/index.php?optio...

Also, let the hair masks sit on your hair a couple hours before washing off, it helps a great deal (hair will be so soft....) :)

Long hair care?

I would get "All Soft" shampoo from Redken and "Clear Moisture Conditioner" from Redken. The conditioner detangles and helps replenish and restore hair's moisture level for a soft, shiny, air finish. Also remember to get your hair trimmed every 4-6 weeks.

Long hair, weak hair?

My hair reaches my waist and they break so easily! I wash them often and use conditioner and mask as well. What's wrong?

Long hair, weak hair?

split ends get your hair trimmed every 3 months asp

Long hair, weak hair?

You could over condition your hair. I know if you use pantene a ton that can damage your hair. Some times it is best if you change different shampoo and conditioner. Also try a hot oil treatment here and there from a salon.

Long hair, weak hair?

mine is to my waist as well. i fought the same battle for years until i decided that i really do have to keep getting it trimmed in order to have healthy looking hair. even if it's 1/4 inch, it takes the breaks off. people with long healthy hair have put in a lot of work on it. there is a definite difference in long hair and healthy long hair. good luck with it

Long hair, weak hair?

mine reaches my waist too...well...don't dry it with your hair dryer...and try not to comb it very harsh...conditioner and mask are really good...u should try a leave-in product as well;try not to wash it more than 1-2 times a week and get it trimmed every 2-3 months...still, u can't prevent all of them from breaking...but this really helps

Long hair, weak hair?

maybe your hair is to long or maybe it might be if you streighten your hair it might fry or burn or maybe it is just to thin or thick if you said it is breacking maybe you have it in a poney tail when you sleep that is how it breacks (i think)

Long hair, weak hair?

Regualar trims , a really good conditioner and you can buy thickening shampoos.

Long hair, weak hair?

u r lucky - my hair only goes to my shoulders and then it breaks off. it is my own fault. i bleach my hair and hate going to hairdressers (had 3 bad experiences). so any way up - im having highlights (sorry low lights) soon and so i need to get rid of bleach and maybe one day it will grow again.

but thats enough about me......what about u.............

Long hair, weak hair?

get your ends cut.

Long hair, weak hair?

you have got split ends go to a hairdresser.

Long hair, weak hair?

use the childrens shampoos (gental less chimicals)

same type conditioner

wash hair twice a week

believe me i know my partner can sit on hers

GUYS, Do you really just love girls with long blonde hair?

I have long blonde hair, but i want to get it cut shorter %26amp; dye it light brown, will this make me unnoticeable to guys

GUYS, Do you really just love girls with long blonde hair?

Yes, cut it, color it, do something for a change! Not all us guys like the stereotypical gals with long hair!

GUYS, Do you really just love girls with long blonde hair?

well this isnt' gonna get me a best answer but i prefer brunettes. i do like long hair though

GUYS, Do you really just love girls with long blonde hair?

i did the same thing

more guys noticed me dark brown and chin length

GUYS, Do you really just love girls with long blonde hair?

yeah...

GUYS, Do you really just love girls with long blonde hair?

Well that isn't a deal breaker, but I prefer black haired women - like my angel has (-:

GUYS, Do you really just love girls with long blonde hair?

To me, personality way out ranks the color of your hair. I like long hair on a girl. Anything else you want to tell me??

GUYS, Do you really just love girls with long blonde hair?

I dyed my hair brown and noticed that I wasn't getting as many "looks" as I did when I had blonde hair. Keep it blonde. Personality always wins, but if you are driving in a car...you will notice that there aren't as many looks.

GUYS, Do you really just love girls with long blonde hair?

the color doesn't really matter, but girls with long hair look certainly prettier.

Hair styles for long hair (about mid-back length)?????(read details)?

I have problems with finding any hair styles for my hair and i am sick of the pony tail!!! I really need some Ideas for hairstyles to wear to school all ideas welcome!!!!!!PLZ help!!!!!!!!! P.S. I DO NOT WANT TO CUT OR LAYER MY HAIR!!!!

Hair styles for long hair (about mid-back length)?????(read details)?

buy those soft curlers and sleep in them. it is soooo easy and you save so much time in the morning. you just take them out and only brush the top of your hair otherwise you brush right through the curls. then use hairspray, not mousse. ive found that a great brand of hairspray is matrix hairspray. and for looser, messier curls, you separate each curl in two. it is a more casual, less shirley temple look.

then for waves, sleep in braids. (the number depending on how wavy you want your hair. i would probably recommend about eight or so) then you just take them out in the morning and just brush the top of your hair. you can use hairspray, but i usually dont need it, but then again, my hair holds waves really well......

and if you shower in the morning, scrunch your hair with mousse and it looks pretty good but might get a little frizzy.

and as for just regular hairstyles, i would try sidebangs or whispy bangs instead of thick ones......dont know about the cut i might have to see the shape of your face, sry....

you can also do buns, because they are pretty in, or low pigtails, but you might be a little old for them, but my sister in college looks cute in them so i dont know.....

as for hairbands, very cute and in!!! definitely!!!

u could wear your hair half-up, leaving your bangs down.....

hope i helped!!! good luck!!!

Hair styles for long hair (about mid-back length)?????(read details)?

try this: tae some hair and clip it on th top of your head. then take the hair that is hanging fom the clip and bring it to the front. then put your hair in a floppy bun. trust em, its's cut and in. ;);) =) =)

Try wearing shirley temple curls.. Or braid it or twist up wear it like that for a day or two, then let it down and it will be curly. Or u could try putting a hump in the midlle of your hair like Hilary Duff, that seems really popular now.

Tips on growing long hair ( in the back) ???

I have overall straight hair; it is fine, but it is thick. My father had stick straight hair but mother had curly hair. I have been trying to grow my hair out for almost a year and so far, it is looking alright. My only problem is my hair seems to curl up a little on the very ends. My barber said the weight of my hair will eventually push the curls out...is this true? Information is appreciated and tips for keeping hair healthy are also appreciated.

Tips on growing long hair ( in the back) ???

Hair grows 1/2 inch a month. Shampoo does not really help growth it is a MYTH! get your hair trimmed every 6-8 weeks to keep it healthy and the dead ends off and it will grow

Tips on growing long hair ( in the back) ???

Yes it楹搒 true. Depending on what kind of hair you have, I recommend a soft shampoo (like baby shampoo) daily of every other day. That楹搒 all you really need.

I saw a girl with hair to her mid-calf, but it was all tangled from about the middle of her back, and I thought it was such a shame to invest all that time growing it, and then not take proper care of it. My niece wants to be Rapunzel, she has long ginger wavy hair, it's beautiful, hers reaches the middle of her back, but then again she is only 9 so she has a good few years to grow it.

Ankle length is the longest I've seen in real life.

Do you know about http://www.longhaircommunity.com ?

For long hair lovers only!!!.....wats the longest hair u have seen on women in person..?

I have seen knee length, personally. A lady I used to go to church with in another state had it. I'm Pentecostal so I don't cut my hair. I haven't cut it in about six years. My hair started out pixie short and now is just to the middle of my back. I love it.

For long hair lovers only!!!.....wats the longest hair u have seen on women in person..?

I know someone who has knee-length hair. It's actually not that attractive, because the ends are in poor condition, and the weight of the hair keeps it from having any volume, making it look thin and stringy. If she cut just a few inches off, it would be beautiful. But she's proud of the length, so I don't think she'll ever do it.

What is the best product to use for long curly hair that wont get hard and looks great?

I have long curly brown frizzy hair. HELP

What is the best product to use for long curly hair that wont get hard and looks great?

Sunsilk Anti-Frizz. It's the one in the green bottle. It's for wavy/curly hair that tends to frizz. It also comes with a hair serum to remove any extra leftover frizz.

Another way you could do your hair would be to shampoo, condition, then when it's still damp, rub in the anti-frizz serum. And then work mousse into your hair. I recommend Tresemme mousse. Do this when you want to leave your hair curly.

What is the best product to use for long curly hair that wont get hard and looks great?

la coupe for curls

I use it it works really good :)

its in a green bottle

Long hair.. short layers!???

i really want short layers in my hair.. but i want the layers to be at my chin.. and then every thing else one length? .. sort of like a 'scene' hair cut.. but not as severe.. and my hair is a bit on the think side.. so i should probably get it thinned at the end? right? is that called feathering? can ppl please send some pictures for me to take to the hairdresser? it would really help alot! cause i have been looking all ove the interent and can't find any!

Long hair.. short layers!???

well you should have 4-5 dif layers and yes, def feathered!

i couldnt find pictures. good pictures =/ sorry.

Biotin
