i have long gold hair i want to die it balck wiht blonde high lights in it but idk i need some suggestions

May I make a small suggestion first. before you do that.

Go and see if you can find a wig that is black and put it on

wear it for a little bit and see if it truly is what you like

If your fair skin toned it may wash you out and make you really look pale. It ifs really something that you want to do then I guess you want to go with it.

I have a hard time with light colours as my skin tone is really dark. It never really worked out the way I wanted it and had to dye it back to the tones of brown . Sure is a surprise when you actually have it done.

A salon may very likely tell you what would be best for you.

They will however do it what ever way you wish ...
