I want wavy long hair?

My hair is shoulder length and a little too straight. It just never seems to grow. Has anyone got any ideas on how to grow my hair a little faster?

I'm not sure how to grow it faster, but I think I can help with the wavy part. My hair has always been stick straight, but when I was growing it out I had a layer put in (top layer a little shorter) and now it naturally has a wave to it. So since it worked so well for me, I would recommend you try layering.

i think u can get a special shampoo to help ur hair grow. but dont avoid cutting it, then ur hair will split. then when ur hair is long enough use a curling iron and brush over your curls with a brush to soften them
